K2's BioFlex-Konic Construction is a women's specific technology that uses two different densities of wood for a lightweight and easy to steer ride. BioFlex-Konic reduces the total weight of the ski by 5% and the swingweight by 15%. Speed Rocker uses the slightest amount of rocker in the tip with traditional camber on the rest of the ski for quick turn initiation. Carbon added to the core of the ski adds a very energetic and lively feel. Hybritech Sidewalls use a cap construction at the tip and tail of the ski for an easy turn entry and exit, with a full sidewall on the majority of the ski for a superb edge grip on firm snow.
