The Nordica Dobermann Spitfire 76 skis with bindings are an amazing setup for on-trail fun. Carving enthusiasts will love the construction, shape, and profile of this product as it creates some deep and round turns all down the groomers. At 76 mm underfoot, the skis have the torsional stiffness to hold up to any hard snow, while still not being ice-skate thin and hard to balance on. The wider platform is great for higher speeds and harder carves, especially for non-World Cup racers. The Nordica Dobermann Spitfire 76 has a fantastic build for edge grip and power. The Race Bridge Construction consists of a wood core with two sheets of metal over the edges. Rather than two full sheets, the metal layers frame the skis, placing a lot of emphasis on edge power and control while still retaining an approachable feel throughout the center portion of the ski. At 174 cm length, the skis have a 16-meter turn radius, so they're right in the middle of a slalom and GS style carve. This gives the skier a bunch of flexibility when it comes to making different turn shapes and styles. The harder you lean into it, the more it's going to come around for you, but you can still ski light-footed enough to create a bunch of different turn shapes. You'll get great rebound, pop, and snap out of the fully-cambered Dobermann Spitfire 76, as the turn initiation and completion are both precise and quick.
