There is plenty of space in the EZ Reach Storage Trunk to store your camping needs. If you enjoy grilling, then you will be pleased to have the outdoor gas grill with work table. A WiFi range booster helps keep you in contact with the world quicker and easier. A Cool Cat heat pump is located underneath the 54"x 80" flip-up-bed.
In any Forest River Rockwood Hard Side pop-up camper you will find the perfect product for your camping adventure. These units offer plenty of luxurious features from home such as a WiFi range booster, AM/FM stereo with Bluetooth USB ports, stainless steel look appliances, and a Slatewood interior with wood look flooring and leather appearance seating. The exterior construction consists of a one piece vacuum bonded fiberglass roof with a metal interior ceiling, a one piece undercoated structure wood floor, and an E-coated tubular steel frame, plus there are four E-Z crank-down stabilizer jacks with sand pads. You will also love the privacy this camper provides with the privacy curtains throughout, the two front roof tinted windows with shade, and the large rear roof tinted sky light with shade, plus there is a large, opening picture window for you to enjoy your scenery.
You will receive a full show through on your date of pickup by myself so you will be familiar with how the RV works. Along with that you will get a gift certificate and 10% discount on all regular priced items in our Camping store, the largest in Maryland.

Unless otherwise noted in auction, NO MARYLAND BIDDER'S!!  Here is why: If you are a MD bidder we must sell the unit to you with a MD inspection performed. In order to keep costs low on our already low wholesale prices we do not inspect or perform any repairs to the vehicles. If you bid from Maryland you will be responsible for the cost of the inspection AND any repairs necessary for it to pass.
All items won MUST be picked up within 7 days of end of auction. Our storage areas are fully booked and we do not have room to store units

Taxes and Registration fees: Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered.
Title Information: Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks we will hold all titles for 12 days or until funds have cleared.
Shipping & Delivery:
All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. Beckley's RV will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage!
Licensed Carriers are generally insured for ,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping arrangements are provided by Beckley's RV as a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with Beckley's RV.
The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure.
Finalizing your Purchase:
Beckley's RV will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes.

In order to secure bid on vehicle, Successful bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Seller a Non- Refundable Down Payment of 0 via PayPal, cash in person or bank certified funds (wire transfer). Within 7 days of bid closing, Buyer must send balance of funds by cash in person or bank certified funds (wire)  to Seller.
At time of sending initial deposit,
Buyer MUST fax or  e-mail a  copy of their State issued valid Driver License FRONT and BACK and a copy of VALID insurance for tow vehicle or insurance declaration for a motorized unit . Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.
