Calista's Perfecter Pro Oval-Heated Volumizing Brush creates the appearance of smooth volume and soft waves (it's seriously speaking our language!). The oval shape with a larger surface area accommodates more hair to create the look of bigger volume, better smoothing, and larger waves than the classic Perfecter, thanks to the iconic Ionic and Ceramic Fusion technology. And it gets better ... this tool helps to create the appearance of a healthy-looking shine while the heat-resistant bristle design helps to prevent tangles and holds hair in place without harsh clamping.
How do I use it: Allow three minutes for the tool to heat up. For the look of lift and volume, take a 2" wide by 1" thick section of dry hair and brush through. Place the Perfecter Oval underneath the section at the root. Direct the section by firmly holding ends of hair up and over the other side of the head. Hold the section over top of the Perfecter for 10 to 15 seconds. Then, release to reveal the appearance of lift at the root.
Choosing Your Size: Small/1": For hair measuring 2.5" to shoulder-length Large/1.25": For hair just below the shoulders and longer
For a smooth and straight style, separate dry hair into bottom and top sections. Firmly hold the ends of your hair with your opposite hand to create tension. Place the Perfecter Oval at the root and slowly glide down the section. Glide all the way to the ends for a polished, sleek look.
For waves and curls, separate dry hair into top and bottom sections. Take a section of hair, 2" wide by 1" thick, and brush through fully. Hold the Perfecter Oval vertically at the top of your section at the root. Glide the tool down 1" and rotate away from face at approximately 180 degrees, holding for five seconds. Continue down the section slowly and keep turning, holding for five seconds with each turn. Continue until you make your way to the ends. Then, release to reveal soft curls. From Calista.

We ship FedEx ground. After your payment you will receive a FedEx tracking number, that does not mean the item has left our warehouse yet. On rare occasions and despite our best efforts, an item might turn out to be defective. The first step is to email us to request a Return Authorization. In order to speed up the process, please include what is wrong with the unit, your name, shipping address, model number, order number and how you paid for the item. We will gladly ship you a replacement unit or give you a refund. Due to the size and activity of our warehouse, we cannot accept nor be responsible for items and shipping charges if the item is shipped to us without a prior consent and a Return Authorization number. We will mail you a pre paid label. Once you receive it, please email us so we will be able to track the package back to our warehouse. Please include all original paperwork, box, warranties and accessories. Please make sure to write your RA number clearly on the box. Refunds are issued an average of 7 business days after the checking in of your returned product. After we issue the refund, it is up to your bank to post the credit on your account in a timely manner, PayPal credits take 24 hours or less in most cases.
