Here is a wonderful example of American Art Pottery from California, The Brayton Laguna Company.  This pair of Salt and Pepper shakers are part of the Provincial Pottery collection.  This neat pottery Man and woman in wood tone then white and yellow and green paint added to decorate the shakers. All white colors have a crackle original made look but glazed over to smooth.  The man is very thin and woman full figured with s big white crackled apron on. Both shakers are marked as in the photo's.  A Great ole American Pottey set to add to any collection.
