We have decided we no longer need this furniture as we do not plan on having any more children.  It is still in good usable condition.  I have most of the hardware for the gate/fence but you may need to order additional parts/create parts to adhere it to walls/furniture/railings etc.  These tables new range from 0-1500 depending on the colors/features.  The gating/fencing runs around 0 per 15 feet.
Has been cleaned internally and it has been cleaned and disinfected externally.  Minor nicks and scratches but overall good condition.
I will not accept returns for this item.

If you see anything in the pictures that looks like pet hair, it is not.  It is the remnants from the disinfecting wipes I use to clean it.
Anything besides the cabinet and fencing shown in pictures is not included.
