There is NO RESERVE on this stunning and rare Art Deco 1930's Metlox "Poppytrail" nude lady with doves figurine by C.Romanelli figurine from San Francisco Estate.  Made by Metlox Pottery Co., Calif. Designed by Carl Romanelli. Circa 1930's.  This awesome piece is from the Metlox Modern Masterpieces Series.  Known as the "Dancing Girl and Doves", according to the "Collector's Encyclopedia of California Pottery" by Jack Chipman, on Page #170.  She is absolutely exquisite!  This wonderful deco lady has a great art deco style with streamlined curves and elegance.
The overall measurement is 11" tall, 5-1/2" long, and 2-3/4" wide.  She is made of a pottery type material with a satin white finish.  This beautiful deco lady is signed "C.Romanelli" on the front of the base, and "Poppytrail 1825, C.Romanelli, Made in California. U.S.A." on the bottom.  See pictures.  The condition is amazingly excellent.  There are no chips, breaks, or repairs.
The estimated value was 5.00 according to the estate.  This fabulous deco lady came from an estate in San Francisco, and is vintage.  She has a great deco look - very modernistic and unique.
