Here is an amazing pair of bowls and a plate from Brusche.
Brusche /  Bauer   AL FRESCO pattern circa 1950s.
John Herbert ("Herb") Brusche , spelled as Brutsche in Mitch Tuchman's Bauer Classic American Pottery book, worked for Bauer Co. and created the "Al Fresco" line (page 22 of Jack Chipman's Collector's Encyclopedia of California Pottery, 2nd Edition). Brusche struck out on his own and created a line of informal dinnerware and at the same time he had his own line with the Bauer Co.
It looks fantastic with little wear. they are 5.5 and 6.25 inches.    Perfect for any art deco, mid century or Danish Modern abode.
