Beautiful BALL BROS Art Ware California Pottery Mallard Duck figurine dating from the 1940's.
Outstanding colors and detail. Ball Bros stamped logo in brown on base with #289.
Previous owner wrote in pencil 1938 on base.
Measures 8.25" tall x 7" long.
There is a tiny chigger bite on tip of curled feather tail and some light age glaze crazing.
Otherwise in good pre-owned vintage condition.
No other chips, cracks or breaks.
