Vintage California USA Green Drip Glaze Round Ceramic Planter P-2-Mid-Century Modern. Measures: 5 1/2" in Diameter x 3" Tall. No Damages. Nice.
The three white spots on the bottom of the piece are caused by  a spiked "stilt" that is used during the firing process. As the piece is fired in a kiln, this particular glaze formula is designed to run or drip a bit. This requires the pieces to be lifted off of a kiln shelf so the glaze does not stick or fuse to the shelf. Also the stilts allow the bottom of the piece to be glazed as well.
