Four 7-sement LED Display Modules  ON CIRCUIT BOARD
Board is marked "DISPLAY BOARD"
Board measure 90 mm x 57 mm
displays are marked D12 D2 D3 D4
displays have a red dot on the top of each piece
An "L" is engraved at the top of each display
Displays are black plastic with left hand decimal
LED elements protrude slightly above black masking
PCB is stamped  p/n 1221
wires are clipped on back of board
