    Description

Heath vintage soup bowl - 6 5/8 inches diameter by 1 5/8 inches tall
Looks unused - no chips or cracks or crazing or staining or scratches
It is marked Heath Made in USA
The inside is the opaque white glaze and the outside has the ochre glaze. The Ochre looks like a brown mustard. It was likely made between 1962 and 1972 according to the experts at the Heath factory.
Everything on my hmnpwr site and my sister's 2vegburg site is from our parent's collections. They started collecting in the early 70's, mainly in the San Francisco Bay Area at the flea markets, shows, auctions, estate sales but they also traveled to LA or east to buy and sell. Their interests were mostly early American to midcentury American and Scandinavian ceramics. They also collected tableware, concentrating on California production. We regularly list new pieces that have been stored away for decades.
