    Description

    Up for auction are an incredible piece of skiing history, early ski patrol twin tip skis from the wood era by Groswold ski company Denver Colorado. These are 5'0 long with full twin tips, they come with Kandahar cable hook bindings and have screw on edges. The history I have been able to find states that ski patrol used these to traverse back and forth in tight areas like the woods where it was near impossible to make jump turns with the long skis of the day.
    The skis do show some wear but still display nicely. The labels are complete with Company imprint on underside of tip. They are stamped 5'0 with serial number. Incredible find!
